Return Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your order! If for any reason you are not satisfied, 4 Tamara Nicole will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise returns for a merchandise credit or exchange only. All original tags must be attached. Made-to-order and custom orders may not be canceled, and are not returnable. Please allow 6-8 weeks for all made-to-order and custom orders. We do not give cash or credit card refunds. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order shipped. Any returns received after 30 days will be returned to sender.

Merchandise Credit is redeemable at 4tamaranicole.com, direct phone orders or shopping event orders hosted by 4 Tamara Nicole and can not be used at any store locations that sell 4 Tamara Nicole merchandise.

Upon receipt of returned goods, 4 Tamara Nicole reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept COD.

Returns will be processed immediately but may take up to 14 days to complete. Please allow us approximately 14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete.

How to make your return
For easy returns, 4 Tamara Nicole will provide a pre-paid return label.  If you require a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label, please contact us at info@4tamaranicole.com.  

Once you have your pre-paid return label.  See below for details about the return process. 

Using the pre-paid return label:
Simply follow the directions on the label; no additional postage is required.
Be sure to include the reason for your return so that we can process your return properly.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your merchandise credit ($9.00 per package).
Drop your package off at your nearest USPS location. Click here for USPS drop-off locations in your area.
Your pre-paid return label is trackable; please contact us to check the status of your return package.
Returns completed using the pre-paid return label will process in approximately 14 business days.
 
Using your own shipping method:
You may also make your return using any other trackable and insured shipping method. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent using your own shipping method.

If you previously received a return label, and you've lost or misplaced it; we can provide you with a replacement label. Please contact us via email at info@4tamaranicole.com.

Refunds
We do not give cash refunds or credits back to credit cards.

30 Day Limit
Any returns received after 30 days will be returned to sender.

Final Sale
Items reduced 60% or more off the original price are considered Final Sale and not returnable for credit or an exchange.

Gift Returns
Returns for any item you receive as a gift will be credited back to a merchandise credit at the current selling price of the items if the receipt isn’t present; please contact us if you have any additional questions.

Made-To-Order & Custom Orders
Made-to-order and custom orders may not be canceled, and are not returnable. Please allow 6-8 weeks for all made-to-order and custom orders.
 

Price Adjustments
If an item that you have purchased from 4 Tamara Nicole goes on temporary sale or is permanently marked down within 7 days from the date of your purchase, you may contact us for a one-time price adjustment on that item. Credit will be applied to a merchandise credit.  
If you place an order during a promotion and would like to exchange your item for a different size but still retain the sale price, simply contact us within our 14-day return window to process an exchange.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your 4 Tamara Nicole purchase for a different item or size, please return your original merchandise via one of the methods outlined in How to Make Your Return and place a new order by emailing info@4tamaranicole.com or calling us at 1-312-924-1808, Mon-Fri., between the hours of 12pm and 6pm CT.  When your returned merchandise is processed, if there is a difference, you will receive a merchandise credit for the difference. Standard shipping on your new order is free.
